My friends, I'm sorry to admit it, but Super Dope Gaming is taking a hiatus for the Holidays. A few of the writers have already been on a hold for a while, and this makes the break official. Traditionally, this is a time for people to spend with their families and loved ones, wishing good cheer to each other. For Super Dope Gaming author, Gregory Allen, those loved ones are the people who read this site. Don't worry, though, Gregory Allen will not spend time with the readers, just offer good cheer. Thank you everyone, have a great holiday season! See you when we get back in early January.
Someone New!
Once more someone has decided to join Super Dope Gaming. I've read his first article and, I gotta say, I'm impressed. As with everyone else, this Dope Author will have a weekly spot to deliver messages to the gaming community. Whatever his heart desires really. I'd also like to point out that Super Dope Games is always open to having more and more contributors to make this one of the best blogs to read.

More Than Reviews
Super Dope Game Reviews is dead. Long Live Super Dope Gaming. It's only fair. Not every author posted reviews. This new, much more vague title is just a way to show appreciation to all of our contributors, for all the work they do.
This has the added bonus of, overall, just making more sense. The address and the title on the Main Page were the only two places where the word "reviews" showed up. The email and twitter accounts (and sooner or later, youtube accounts) are all under Super Dope Games. While the change may cause some misunderstandings at first - like maybe someone thinking the site has been shut down because their bookmark didn't lead them to the right place - but rest at ease, because we're still here and now a more broad site. What started as reviews now lives in the expansive universe of Gaming itself.

Be sure to follow Super Dope Games on Twitter (http://twitter.com/superdopegames) for all the little things that aren't on the main site and notifications for new posts on this site. I'm not sure why I haven't mentioned the Twitter account before, but its here now, so stop your whining.
One More Hurrah
I wonder sometimes if I'll ever have enough contributors and authors added to this site, but then comes a resounding "No" whenever I come across a piece of work that I truly enjoy reading. Such was the case when I read RavingPonies (yet another author who prefers not to give out his real name - Blizzard must have poisoned the well on that issue). I can't tell you how happy I am to have Super Dope Game Reviews increase once more.

That means that now there are a total of four authors on this site, each doing a weekly feature, plus any review or news they feel they should add. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next. To any and all other hopeful authors: Super Dope Games is always on the look out for more talent, if you're interested at gaining some experience or just keeping yourself busy once a week or so, contact superdopegames@gmail.com with a writing sample and we'll go from there.

And now we have a new new author! Julian Horan has joined the team of Super Dope Game Reviews and I'm ecstatic to have another contributor. Each of us will be doing weekly features for the site, so look forward to those. I would like to take this time though to Thank Julian for his agreement and commitment to Super Dope Games and let everyone know I'm personally looking forward to all both of these new authors will bring.

New Author! Super Dope!
The first News item is a momentous one. You see, Super Dope Game Reviews has now doubled its authors. It has gone from solely me (depressing, I know) to now two Super Dope people. KeepinItFresh - any real information will have to be revealed by him - is now a member of the team and is allowed to write any reviews he sees fit. I'm sure he'll be a valuable asset and I can tell you he's already much appreciated. Hopefully he'll get more set up and come to feel at home here.
